Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
All services are by appointment only. Call or text (601) 519-9562, or send a booking request from the form above — because we open on alternating weeks, booking ahead guarantees we're here for you.
What does "alternating weeks" mean?
The Jackson clinic opens one week and closes the next, alternating. Our hours during open weeks are Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 10 PM. When you text or call, we'll confirm the next available open-week appointments.
Does my recharge balance expire?
No — purchased Regular Radiance balance never expires, and bonus treatments come with each recharge tier. Your balance can be used toward any service in the clinic, whenever it suits you.
